FREIGHT POLICY
All Pricing listed on both our Trim-Tex and tool Price List is F.O.B. our warehouse in Vaughan, Ontario.
Orders will be shipped PREPAID as follows;

DAMAGED GOODS
In case of damage, or shortage incurred during delivery, notify the cartage company and Wallboard Trim & Tool Inc. immediately.
RETURN POLICY
Wallboard Trim & Tool Inc. is committed to your satisfaction.
Merchandise that is found to be defective will, at Wallboard Trim & Tool's sole discretion and in accordance with the manufacturers warranty, be exchanged or repaired without additional charges. In no event will Wallboard Trim & Tool be responsible beyond the cost of the item purchased. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days.
To return merchandise, please call 1-800-590-5799 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number. This number must appear on all correspondence and packages sent to Wallboard Trim & Tool.
Returned merchandise must be sent via Prepaid Freight. Freight Collect and C.O.D. packages WILL NOT be accepted.
TOOL REPAIRS
Wallboard Trim and Tool Inc. is a repair centre for various taping tool brands such as Premier, NorthStar, TapeTech, etc.
Tools for repair should be shipped to us prepaid, once repaired the tool will be shipped back to the customer prepaid.
